Digital Items:
Digital items such as licence keys, product keys, activation codes, or similar, are emailed the same business day to your registered eBay account with instructions, videos, technical support contact details, or any available digital support material and media.
Cut-off time for same business day digital delivery is 3pm (Mon-Sat).

Physical Items:
Physical items ship as normal either by Royal Mail ora variety of carefully selected home and international couriers such as DPD, TNT, DHL, Hermes, UPS.
Cut-off time for Royal Mail same day posting is 3pm(Mon-Fri)
Cut-off time for Courier parcels are dispatched within 1 business day(Mon-Fri)

Lengths of deliveries will be made available when placing an order and do vary depending on the carrier chosen.

Please note that these estimates are 99% correct but may in rare occasions slightly vary due to delays beyond our control.

Refunds & Cancellations:

To return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your delivery. After receiving a return reference number, place the item securely in its original packaging (item must be in its original packaging) and mail your return to our postal address within fourteen (14) days. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. All returned items must be in the same condition, unused and unregistered, with all original packaging and labels.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within (7) days from the receipt of your return, and if approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 
Please note that these 2 category items cannot be refunded:
- Digital Software (ESD) (i.e. product keys emailed)
- Physical Software if unsealed (broken seal)
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us.

Please Note: To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- in its original packaging.
- include any free item or gift.
- be still sealed (all media such as software, DVDs, CDs or similar).
- be returned to us within 14 days after we are notified.
